Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, people-focused environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a well-established manufacturing company with a growing international footprint.

Our client, a market leader in high-quality home improvement products, is expanding their Sales & Customer Support team as they continue to grow across the UK and European markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping people, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in providing first-class support to both customers and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound calls and enquiries, promoting new and existing products with a customer-first approach.
  • Creating and managing customer orders, checking stock and pricing via the internal system.
  • Supporting the field sales team by preparing quotes, product specs, and documentation.
  • Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and proactively resolving any delivery issues.
  • Liaising with purchasing and technical departments to manage expectations and resolve queries.
  • Following up on leads, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and helping convert enquiries into sales.
  • Assisting with marketing collateral and supporting the team at trade shows and events.
  • Preparing reports and sales documentation to support business development and team planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be the voice of the brand for many customers.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail – you’ll be juggling multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable with IT systems – proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • A collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training, team meetings, or trade shows (UK and Ireland).

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive salary: €26,000–€30,000 depending on experience
  • Comprehensive 6-month induction and training programme
  • Company pension & Employee Assistance Programme
  • The chance to work with a long-established, trusted Irish brand
