Internal Communications & Employee Experience Manager | Dublin (Hybrid)

Drive Culture, Connection, and Communication in a Fast-Paced, Global Environment

Savvi Recruitment is proud to partner exclusively with a global digital brand as they seek a passionate and proactive Internal Communications & Employee Experience Manager to join their People team, based in Dublin.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the employee experience across a distributed, fast-scaling organisation. With a unique mix of internal communications, recognition programmes, and culture-driving initiatives, this role offers a chance to create real impact from day one. If you're a storyteller, strategist, and culture champion rolled into one—this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Internal Communications

  • Deliver engaging internal communications across newsletters, intranet content, and employee updates.
  • Partner with leaders to develop communication strategies for key initiatives, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
  • Own intranet content strategy, design governance, and drive engagement with fresh, relevant updates.
  • Manage internal communication tools and systems, ensuring effective delivery and consistency across channels.

Culture & Engagement

  • Lead culture-building initiatives such as Hack Weeks, office visits, and team experiences that connect people to purpose.
  • Champion the company’s Employee Value Proposition and embed it through programmes that support inclusion, wellbeing, and recognition.
  • Own the company-wide employee recognition strategy, from service milestones to peer-to-peer awards.

Experience Strategy

  • Work closely with the broader People Experience team to design, implement, and measure programmes that improve engagement and workplace experience.
  • Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to support change management, communications, and adoption of new processes.
  • Use data and insights to continuously evolve employee-facing initiatives that align with the company’s mission and values.
What You’ll Bring
  • 5–8 years’ experience in internal communications or employee engagement roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and tone.
  • Strong project and programme management skills—able to move ideas from concept to execution.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels and build trust across diverse teams.
  • Passion for workplace culture, employee experience, and driving inclusion.
  • Familiarity with change management and behavioural engagement strategies.
  • Flexibility to travel to events and team meetups across global offices.
Why This Role?
  • Influence the culture of a rapidly scaling global company.
  • Work with a collaborative, people-first leadership team who value innovation and inclusion.
  • Dublin-based with hybrid flexibility and opportunities for global exposure.
  • Play a central role in connecting teams and enhancing the workplace experience.
