What You’ll Do
Internal Communications
- Deliver engaging internal communications across newsletters, intranet content, and employee updates.
- Partner with leaders to develop communication strategies for key initiatives, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
- Own intranet content strategy, design governance, and drive engagement with fresh, relevant updates.
- Manage internal communication tools and systems, ensuring effective delivery and consistency across channels.
Culture & Engagement
- Lead culture-building initiatives such as Hack Weeks, office visits, and team experiences that connect people to purpose.
- Champion the company’s Employee Value Proposition and embed it through programmes that support inclusion, wellbeing, and recognition.
- Own the company-wide employee recognition strategy, from service milestones to peer-to-peer awards.
Experience Strategy
- Work closely with the broader People Experience team to design, implement, and measure programmes that improve engagement and workplace experience.
- Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to support change management, communications, and adoption of new processes.
- Use data and insights to continuously evolve employee-facing initiatives that align with the company’s mission and values.
What You’ll Bring
- 5–8 years’ experience in internal communications or employee engagement roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling and tone.
- Strong project and programme management skills—able to move ideas from concept to execution.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence at all levels and build trust across diverse teams.
- Passion for workplace culture, employee experience, and driving inclusion.
- Familiarity with change management and behavioural engagement strategies.
- Flexibility to travel to events and team meetups across global offices.
