Location: Cavan

• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis for various projects.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for IT and telecoms systems. 
• Provide support during project implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Analyse and model data to support decision-making processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in UAT testing.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Experience in the telecoms industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
