Our client, an innovative SME with a turnover of €20 million, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team in Dublin 24. This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven finance professional to lead financial analytics and step into a pivotal commercial role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of data-driven financial planning and business strategies.
• Take charge of financial business analytics, leveraging metrics and data insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Ensure robust data-backed insights are integrated into the business planning process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Manage and optimise ERP systems, maintaining accurate and insightful reporting.
• Proven experience as the No. 2 in the finance team, supporting senior management and preparing to step into a lead finance role.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in financial business analytics, data management, and KPI-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; experience with financial data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen with a vision for scaling financial performance.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for driving impactful change through data.
