We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator for our manufacturing client for their team in Cavan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for all employees. 
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. 
  • Handle payroll queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • IPASS qualification is essential. 
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
