Senior Manager – Sustainability Transformation

Are you an experienced leader in sustainability transformation, ready to drive impactful change within global organisations? Our client, a leader in Consulting, is seeking a Senior Manager – Sustainability Transformation to join their expanding ESG consulting team. In this dynamic role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and help clients operationalise sustainability strategies, ensuring compliance with key ESG frameworks and driving meaningful transformation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager – Sustainability Transformation, you will:

• Lead ESG implementation programmes to support clients in embedding sustainability into their core business operations and complying with ESG standards and reporting frameworks.
• Advise clients on their performance against ESG standards, including frameworks like the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Design and implement target operating models that streamline ESG reporting and improve overall efficiency.
• Deliver transformation and change management initiatives that support clients’ sustainability goals and enhance their business operations.
• Provide expert advice on ESG data and technology solutions to improve reporting capabilities and sustainability outcomes.
• Support business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of the ESG consulting practice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored ESG solutions and ensuring high-quality engagement delivery.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in ESG consulting or a related field, with a proven track record in transformation programme delivery.
• Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and regulatory environments.
• Expertise in target operating models, business transformation, and process design.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams across sustainability implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and build long-term partnerships.
