Senior Manager – ESG Reporting
Location: Dublin | Hybrid
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client, a leader in Advisory services, is seeking a Senior Manager in ESG Reporting to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in ESG Reporting, you will:

  • Lead and manage client engagements in ESG and sustainability reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies for ESG Reporting campaigns and solutions, tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide expert insights on key ESG regulations like the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, EU Taxonomy, and more.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff, fostering growth and maintaining high standards of quality across engagements.
  • Drive business development, identifying new opportunities and leading proposal development for prospective clients.
  • Monitor financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and timeframes.
  • Continuously stay updated on evolving ESG trends and standards, contributing to thought leadership within the sector.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years’ experience in ESG and Sustainability Reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of key ESG regulations, including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, UK Climate-Related Financial Disclosures, ISSB, etc.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally within consulting.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of pursuing and securing new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with data and financial metrics.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
