An exciting opportunity to work in a leading credit institution based in the west of Ireland. Our client is looking for a relationship manager with a QFA designation ideally with 3+ years’ experience. Responsibilities:

• Contacting clients in relation to restructuring of debt. Direct responsibility for managing, addressing and decision implementation on customer accounts, in depth credit analysis.
• Work on a variety of books surrounding commercial and residential properties within NPL.
• Building long lasting relationships with customers to ensure long term solution for both parties.

Requirements:

• Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA). 3-5 years’ experience within a relationship manager or case manager role
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skillset. Exposure to litigation aspects such as personal insolvency beneficial.
