Small Self Administered Pensions Administrator
Location: Dublin

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Small Self Administered Pension Schemes (SSAPs)
- Handle day-to-day administration tasks, including contributions, transfers, and benefit payments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide support and advice to clients regarding their pension schemes
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for clients and management
- Liaise with investment managers, custodians, and other third parties as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and systems
Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in pensions administration (APA or QFA)
- Proven experience in SSAP administration
- Strong knowledge of relevant pension regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software applications
