Small Self Administered Pensions Administrator

Location: Dublin

Job Type: Permanent. Competitive salary and benefits package

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage Small Self Administered Pension Schemes (SSAPs)
  • Handle day-to-day administration tasks, including contributions, transfers, and benefit payments
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Provide support and advice to clients regarding their pension schemes
  •  Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for clients and management
  • Liaise with investment managers, custodians, and other third parties as needed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and systems
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional qualification in pensions administration (APA or QFA)
  • Proven experience in SSAP administration
  • Strong knowledge of relevant pension regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software applications
