Asset Administrator 

Location: Dublin

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Asset Administrator to join our Client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess skills in QFA or APA, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with a strong focus on numerical skills, and have a robust knowledge of compliance and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client assets.
  • Monitor and report on asset performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
  • Opening bank accounts, cheque lodgement & reconciliation.
  • Provide support in client meetings and communications.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve asset-related issues.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or Accredited Product Adviser (APA) certification.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
