Asset Administrator
Location: Dublin
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Asset Administrator to join our Client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess skills in QFA or APA, demonstrate a high level of attention to detail with a strong focus on numerical skills, and have a robust knowledge of compliance and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client assets.
- Monitor and report on asset performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Opening bank accounts, cheque lodgement & reconciliation.
- Provide support in client meetings and communications.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve asset-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) or Accredited Product Adviser (APA) certification.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
