Job Title – Head of UK Scaffolding   
Location – England or Scotland (Field based) 
Salary – £75k / annum 
Package - OTE £95k + Car + Pension

With a strong reputation for safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are now looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Scaffolding to lead our operations and drive future growth. 

The Role: 

As the Head of Scaffolding, you will take overall responsibility for the operational, commercial, and strategic management of our scaffolding division. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the business, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and lead scaffolding sales team to achieve revenue targets, and other performance measures.
• Develop and implement strategic business plan. 
• Support Building and Infrastructure formwork teams to grow revenue.
• Manage pipeline for target projects.
• Development of relationships with major customers.
• Work closely with the Sales Director to implement and deliver the sales strategy.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations and customer service directors to ensure all functions are aligned.
• Work closely with the Sales Managers to deliver growth in scaffolding sector. 
• Operate within the company financial guidelines 
• Provide strong leadership, training and coaching to all direct and indirect reports. 

 Required Experience: 

• Scaffolding Industry marketing and sales 
• Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access. 
• Commercial experience within the scaffolding sector 
• Experience in account management of key accounts 
• Coaching/Leadership experience of sales engineers/sales managers 
• Strong commercial understanding. 
• Effective team working and networking skills. 
• Good written and interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge constructively 
• Flexibility to travel and stay overnight in the UK and abroad (normally Europe)
