Job Title – Key Account Manager
Location – South London
Salary – £55k - £65k + bonus + car
Package – OTE £80k
This is an excellent opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join the sales team of a leading construction hire company that supply equipment and services to the construction industry. They are seeking a Key Account Manager with hunger and talent to increase company revenue on national accounts at a senior level.
Role
- Working with the National Key Accounts across South London.
- Identifying and growing existing and delivering with main contractors and regional developers.
- Working with the Bid team on Bids, Tenders and PQQ’s
- Compile and deliver winning, professional presentations.
- Grow existing and new accounts to meet agreed revenue and profit targets
- Increase company revenue by raising customer awareness of the product range & services.
- Deliver high level of customer care in line with customer SLA’s
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships throughout different levels of the organisation
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Ability to evidence experience of managing national key accounts.
- Experience in the construction hire industry would be beneficial.
- Experience of presenting commercial arguments formally to key senior external stakeholders
- Negotiation, communication and presentation skills at all levels
