We are recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Manager for a market leader who supply specialist equipment into the construction hire industry based in North East London. Established for over 50 years, our client distributes a full range of specialist equipment used by contractors in the construction and civils industry across the UK. 

Job Title: Internal Sales Manager
Location: Brentwood
Salary: £70K + bonus + excellent benefits

Main duties:

• Recruit, train, develop and lead suitable sales candidates to be successful within a new proactive sales & lean generation team.
• Develop the CRM and an effective sales process to qualify leads.
• Manage incoming calls from customers for information requests.
• Work with Regional Sales Managers to agree and execute proactive outbound call campaigns.
• Visit key customers with Key Account Manager/Sales Manager or Sales Engineers as required. 
• Develop other marketing activities to help generate increased revenue.
