About the Role

As a Power BI Developer, you’ll focus on creating impactful dashboards that provide clients with actionable insights. The role combines technical expertise with a strong client-facing component. You’ll engage in data transformation, modeling, and visualization while collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery.

Beyond your core development responsibilities, you’ll also have the chance to contribute to the company’s strategic growth, whether through participating in team brainstorming sessions or supporting the development of new service offerings.

What Our Client is Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years, preferably in a consultancy role or within a large organization.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Power BI skills, including data transformation, modeling, DAX, and dashboard design with a focus on UX/UI.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for tackling complex data challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and translate those into actionable deliverables.
• Customer Focus: A clear understanding of data in the context of end-user needs and business objectives.
• Collaborative Nature: Someone who enjoys working in teams, contributing ideas, and fostering a positive team environment.
• Visionary Thinking: An individual eager to take part in strategic sessions and contribute to the company’s future direction.
