The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the digital infrastructure that enables the company to deliver clean energy solutions across the Netherlands. Key Responsibilities:
System Coordination and Upgrades:
Lead the coordination of major system upgrades, changes, and the implementation of new features and security measures across critical IT systems.
Network Monitoring and Security:
Oversee network connections by implementing monitoring systems and ensuring secure access to digital assets.
Data Integrity Management:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data associated with the company's digital assets and components, maintaining high reliability and security.
Collaboration and Solution Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, test, and implement new digital solutions that enhance the company’s technology stack.
Application Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for managed application users, providing support, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
Release Coordination:
Manage and coordinate new software releases, including planning, implementation, and post-release evaluation.
User Requirements Analysis:
Gather, analyze, and translate user needs into system functionalities and work closely with suppliers to design appropriate solutions.
Change Management:
Evaluate change requests, prioritize based on business needs, and ensure organizational alignment before implementation.
Testing and Documentation:
Develop test plans, conduct functional testing, and support key users during testing phases. Additionally, maintain and create system documentation and user manuals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
HBO-level education (or equivalent) in IT or a related field such as Computer Science, Business IT & Management, or Information Technology.
Technical Knowledge:
Extensive experience in ICT, digital transformation, and technology infrastructure, focusing on system integration and application management.
Vendor Management:
Proven experience in managing external suppliers and partners to deliver seamless technological solutions.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required for this role.
Additional Skills:
Experience with IoT technology is considered a plus.
