  • Master the art of pipeline management, focusing on conversion rates and efficient investment allocation.
  • Leverage the extensive marketing resources to fuel your success.
  • Cultivate partnerships with strategic allies, emphasising distributors with whom the organisation has invested in partner packages or strategic focus.
  • Unearth and develop large regional accounts, putting your skills to the test.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration by sharing best practices with your colleagues.
  • Provide valuable feedback to senior management, contributing to the continual improvement of our operations.
  • Embrace innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance our regional presence and product offerings.
  • Assume 'product champion' responsibilities as directed, making a real impact on our business.
  • Contribute wherever needed, demonstrating your flexibility and dedication.

Qualities, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Enthusiasm for taking on diverse responsibilities.
  • While financial services experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with transferable sales skills.
  • A minimum of 18 months of sales experience with a proven track record of excellence.
  • A keen sense of commercial acumen.
