Position:  Client Service Executive (hybrid)

Due to our continued success, we are growing our team and seek a talented client support executive whose primary responsibility is taking charge on all existing client communication and administration as well as managing any new client enquiries / sales enquires as they arise.

Job Purpose

Having established ourselves in the professional education market, this role will take primary responsibility for client communication and support, whilst managing any new incoming client and sales enquiries as they arise. 

Job Role

  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide quotes, process payments, and general enquiries.
  • Manage any new incoming client enquiries and sales enquiries and be responsible for relaying key product and service information in a timely manner.
  • New client and sales enquiry follow-up, running product demonstrations, through to onboarding of new clients.
  • 360-degree client management to include CRM updating and maintaining client records.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and streamlining processes.
  • Reports to the General Manager.

Person Specification

  • The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with IT Companies / IT Support Companies / Managed Service Providers but this is not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Confident to contact potential customers,present solutions and gain commitment.
  • Experience of working in an office environment advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience of Managed Service Providers advantageous but not essential.

What we offer in return

  • A salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)
