Due to new ventures and increased client activity, we are seeking additional members to our expanding team.

Purpose
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team by identifying and engaging with potential candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to source and screen candidates to create a qualified pool of talent for various job openings on behalf of our clients.  

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilise various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct proactive candidate searches and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.

Screening and Evaluation:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Assess candidates' availability, salary expectations, and motivation to change positions.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates through effective communication and timely feedback.
  • Provide candidates with information about job opportunities, company culture, and the recruitment process.
  • Database Management:
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate

Essential:

  • Customer focused approach
  • Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
  • Tenacious and resilient
  • Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary
  • Ideally have a background in financial services or recruitment, however, this is not essential as we are seeking the right attitude and skills for the job.
