Following a recent new business opportunity to support a national wealth management firm scale-up their own training academy, we are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant who thrives on delivering excellence.

Job Overview:

As a Delivery-focused Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates to our client. You'll work closely with our client to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process from start to finish to achieving quarterly hiring needs and intakes.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for our client’s Academy.

Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights.

Delivery Excellence:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and negotiate offers.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Share best practices, insights, and market knowledge within the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on candidate delivery – perhaps coming from internal recruitment/RPO position.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at using recruitment software and databases to track candidate and client interactions.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in a delivery-focused role.
