We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Business and Economics Teacher, to join a successful private boys’ secondary school and Sixth Form in the beautiful Channel Islands, for the 26/27 academic year.

This exciting teaching role is perfect for an engaging Business Studies Teacher who can also teach Economics, or vice versa. Either way, you can combine your love of teaching with stunning surroundings and a refreshing change of scene.

You will need to have a passion for planning and delivering BTEC Business and GCSE Economics lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, encouraging them to develop the confidence, courage and resilience to aspire to excellence. 


A qualified Business and Economics Teacher, you will join a successful team who are committed to nurturing individuality and academic success through inspirational teaching. This is an exciting opportunity to teach within a welcoming and positive Catholic school environment with quality provision, whilst exploring the Channel Islands. 

This full-time Business and Economics Teacher role is due to start in September for at least a term, although this may be extended for the right candidate.

Skills and requirements:

  • QTS
  • Right to work in the UK
  • DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
  • Solid background teaching Business and Economics
  • An inspirational, driven and passionate teacher
  • Available to start in September.
