One of our successful American curriculum schools is looking for an experienced Homeroom Teacher to join their Upper Elementary team for the start of the new academic year. This well established school provides a supportive and inspiring learning environment focused on academic excellence, personal growth, and preparing students with the skills and confidence to succeed in the future.

In this full-time teaching role, you will deliver age-appropriate, interdisciplinary lesson plans that align with the school curriculum standards. You will guide students in the upper elementary stage as they transition from foundational learning to more complex, abstract concepts across multiple subjects. You will join a friendly and dedicated team who are committed to professional development and collaborative working across the entire school community.

An experienced and patient teacher, you will have excellent classroom management skills and a strong commitment to helping students achieve their full potential. You must have at least a year's experience working with upper elementary, with a genuine passion for fostering greater independence, critical thinking, and social-emotional growth.

Skills and requirements:

• Valid teaching licence or certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education / Education or a related subject
• At least a years' experience working with Upper Elementary
• Knowledge of the American curriculum preferable
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
• A well-organised, committed and patient teacher
• Available to start in August.
