One of our successful American curriculum schools is looking for an experienced Homeroom Teacher to join their Lower Elementary team for the start of the new academic year. This well established school provides a supportive and inspiring learning environment focused on academic excellence, personal growth, and preparing students with the skills and confidence to succeed in the future.
In this full-time teaching role, you will plan and deliver core subject lessons that align with the school curriculum standards. You will guide children aged 5-8 in the lower elementary stage, encouraging them to become engaged leaners to progress academically, whilst also fostering their social, emotional and personal development. You will join a friendly and dedicated team who are committed to professional development and collaborative working across the entire school community.
An experienced and patient teacher, you will enjoy creating a positive learning environment where children feel safe and motivated. You must have strong classroom management skills and a nurturing approach. You will ideally have at least two's year's experience working with lower elementary, with a genuine passion for fostering greater independence and curiosity.
