Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner looking to grow your career? We're looking for a passionate Assistant Nursery Manager help run a brand new nursery!
In this exciting, rewarding and career-changing role, you will join a thriving nursery group in the beautiful Channel Islands as they launch their latest site, to give children the best start in life.
As Assistant Manager, you will support the Centre Director in overseeing daily operations and maintaining educational standards to foster children's development. This will include developing and delivering an engaging, high-quality curriculum tailored to children’s needs, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and health & safety standards. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional service and promoting a positive nursery experience for families.
An enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner, you must have a Level 3 in Early Years Education with experience in an early years setting, ideally including supervisory experience as a Nursery Leader or Nursery Room Manager. You must have strong leadership and organisational skills, with a passion for mentorship and teamwork. Safeguarding Children training Level 2 and 3 is essential, and must be completed through the Islands Safeguarding Children's Partnership.
