One of our highly prestigious international schools in Saudi Arabia is looking for a talented Head of Middle School to start in the new academic year. As a Head Teacher working in Saudi Arabia, you can combine your love of teaching and leadership with stunning surroundings and year-round sunshine.
You will join a dedicated team at this respected international school in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, offering a high-quality British curriculum education to pupils from KG to Grade 12. With great support and facilities to match, the school is looking for an experienced Head of Middle School to lead both the Boys and Girls Sections to drive academic excellence.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure outstanding teaching and learning, oversee curriculum implementation and provide both students and staff with strategic guidance and support. You must have a passion for leadership, with a strong background in curriculum planning, teacher development and academic supervision.
This exciting role is due to start in August 2026 on a two year contract.

Skills and requirements:
- QTS/PGCE (or valid teaching licence)
- Master's Degree in Education
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience in a reputable school following the English national curriculum
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience as Head of Department (HOD) of Head of School
- Strong background in curriculum
- High-level of cultural awareness and sensitivity planning, teacher development and academic supervision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and administration to enhance school performance
- Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
