One of our Secondary Schools in the beautiful Channel Islands is looking for a creative and engaging Art & Photography Teacher to provide short-term cover.

In this exciting contract role, you will join a successful department who are driven to produce successful young artists, within a school going from strength to strength. This school is committed to providing an excellent education for all students, enabling them to enjoy and achieve high levels of learning.

An experienced Art & Photography Teacher, you will encourage pupils to communicate, investigate, experiment and express ideas and feelings in visual and tactile form. You will enjoy creating a stimulating learning environment within excellent facilities, to encourage creativity and engage pupils in Art and Photography.

You will need to have a passion for your subject, with experience teaching KS3 and KS4, up to and including GCSE. 

This full-time Art and Photography Teacher role is short-term cover until November, and is available immediately.

Skills and requirements:

• QTS
• The right to work in the UK
• DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
• Solid background in teaching Art/Photography
• Inspirational, driven and passionate teacher
• Available to start as soon as possible.
