One of our leading private British Curriculum International schools in Seychelles is looking for an exceptional Business/Economics Teacher to join their team next August. 

Set amongst the natural beauty of the family-friendly island, this successful international school teaches from Early Years to Year 13 and plans to become the number one choice on the island. In this exciting Business/Economics Teacher role, you will join a dedicated team who are committed to shaping the future of Seychelles by inspiring and educating the next generation of leaders. You will work with a diverse student body, contributing to their academic and personal development.

An experienced and energetic Business/Economics Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to secondary-aged students. Your enthusiastic approach will encourage learners to ask questions and explore ideas as they prepare for IGCSE and A Level. You must have a passion for teaching, with the ability to cater to different learning styles and abilities.

This exciting full-time Business/Economics Teacher role is available from August 2026 and comes with the potential for middle leadership responsibilities.

Skills and requirements:

  • Teaching qualification/certification (such as B.Ed., PGCE, iPGCE, QTS)
  • A solid background in teaching Business/Economics
  • Experience teaching the British curriculum (or knowledge of UK curriculum standards)
  • Strong English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for international education
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-national teaching team
  • A well-organised, committed and energetic teacher
  • Available to start in August 2026.
