One of our successful and supportive Colleges in the Channel Islands is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Business & Management Lecturer to join them for the start of the new academic year.
A high calibre teacher, you will undertake an important role at the College, which is committed to providing an exceptional education within a high quality 21st century learning environment. You will join a committed team within the Business, Finance, Retail and Management Department of College.
You will have a passion for teaching Business and Management to Key Stage 5 students, as you plan and deliver high quality teaching and assess their work. You will also take shared responsibility for the administration of a range of courses and levels delivered throughout the curriculum area, such as those awarded by BTEC, Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and VTCT.
You must be an engaging and qualified teacher, with experience in guiding and supporting students for further/higher education, training or employment. You must have an outward facing approach to engaging students in the wider community, and vice versa, to ensure that they gain a vocationally relevant and enriching experience. You will ideally have a degree or Level 5 qualification and/or relevant industrial experience.
This full-time, permanent Business and Management Lecturer role is available from September.
