Inside Sales & Inventory Coordinator

$38,000 – $42,000 + Benefits
Full-Time - 40 hours
A growing industrial chemical business is looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Inside Sales & Inventory Coordinator to join its team in Spring, Texas.
This is a varied position combining customer-focused inside sales with hands-on inventory coordination and warehouse stock control. It would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, thrives on accuracy, and can think independently in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be supporting B2B customers, processing orders, managing inventory levels, coordinating logistics, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations between production, warehouse, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, and applications
- Produce accurate quotations and product information
- Follow up on quotations and support the sales process through to completion
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer records
- Build strong relationships with industrial customers and distributors
- Monitor and manage inventory levels at a remote warehouse facility
- Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment requests
- Carry out inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Work closely with logistics and third-party warehouse providers
- Ensure proper monitoring of chemical batch shelf-life and stock rotation
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within inside sales, account coordination, inventory control, or warehouse administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills over phone and email
- Good mathematical accuracy and problem-solving ability
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable Experience
- Chemical manufacturing or industrial distribution background
- Experience working with remote warehouses or 3PL providers
- Understanding of logistics and shipping coordination
- Knowledge of chemical safety procedures or HAZMAT regulations
