Inside Sales & Inventory Coordinator
�� Spring, Texas
�� $38,000 – $42,000 + Benefits
�� Full-Time - 40 hours

A growing industrial chemical business is looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Inside Sales & Inventory Coordinator to join its team in Spring, Texas.

This is a varied position combining customer-focused inside sales with hands-on inventory coordination and warehouse stock control. It would suit someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, thrives on accuracy, and can think independently in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be supporting B2B customers, processing orders, managing inventory levels, coordinating logistics, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations between production, warehouse, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, pricing, and applications
  • Produce accurate quotations and product information
  • Follow up on quotations and support the sales process through to completion
  • Process purchase orders and track deliveries
  • Maintain accurate CRM and customer records
  • Build strong relationships with industrial customers and distributors
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels at a remote warehouse facility
  • Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment requests
  • Carry out inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies
  • Work closely with logistics and third-party warehouse providers
  • Ensure proper monitoring of chemical batch shelf-life and stock rotation

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within inside sales, account coordination, inventory control, or warehouse administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills over phone and email
  • Good mathematical accuracy and problem-solving ability
  • Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Desirable Experience

  • Chemical manufacturing or industrial distribution background
  • Experience working with remote warehouses or 3PL providers
  • Understanding of logistics and shipping coordination
  • Knowledge of chemical safety procedures or HAZMAT regulations
