Paint Sprayer – Marine & Bespoke Finishes

£20–£21 per hour (PAYE)
40 hours per week

We’re working with a highly regarded marine manufacturer in Lymington, known for producing premium, high-quality vessels and components, to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled, detail-driven team working on bespoke finishes for davits (custom colour or clear coats), alongside occasional work on full boats.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-end paint finishes across a range of marine components and structures, including:

• Spraying davits in bespoke colours and clear coatings
• Occasional spraying and finishing work on boats
• Surface preparation including sanding, masking, and priming
• Ensuring a flawless, high-quality finish to meet exacting standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised spray environment
• Working closely with production and finishing teams

 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer (ideally within marine, automotive, aerospace, or similar high-quality environments)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a premium finish
• Experience with clear coats and bespoke colour matching
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques
• A reliable, team-focused attitude
