Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery & Marketing Support

Location: (Hythe / Southampton area or Remote – to suit)
Hours: Happy to consider fulltime, parttime, employed, self employed
Reporting to: Director
Sector: Composite Manufacturing & Advanced Engineering – UK, UAE, USA, Europe

The Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and commercially aware Recruitment Resourcer to support a fast-paced, specialist recruitment business operating within the global composite manufacturing sector.

This is not just a CV-sending admin role. We need someone with a detective mindset — someone who can spot patterns, analyse campaign data, track movements in the market, generate leads and help build real recruitment campaigns.

You will sit at the heart of delivery, candidate generation and brand visibility, supporting live vacancies and driving new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

�� Candidate Sourcing & Delivery

  • Conduct advanced headhunting searches across several platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Identify and promote “HOT” candidates in the composites market
  • Identify and promote previously unsuccessful candidates
  • Build targeted talent pools for live and future roles
  • Monitor recruitment market movements (who’s hiring, who’s leaving, competitor activity)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and candidate tracking

�� Marketing & Brand Support

  • Write and schedule LinkedIn posts
  • Create and manage targeted new and existing client campaigns using Sourcewhale
  • Generate new leads and add them into outreach campaigns
  • Grow and curate LinkedIn audience connections
  • Support job adverts creation and promotion
  • Assist with broader social media brand presence

�� Campaign & Data Management

  • Write, launch and monitor recruitment campaigns
  • Track engagement metrics and optimise outreach
  • Support “click campaigns” targeting hot companies
  • Help identify new business opportunities through data insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous recruitment resourcing, delivery or talent acquisition experience ideally within an engineering sector (Composite manufacturing knowledge is a huge bonus!)
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search capability
  • Comfortable using CRM and ATS systems and managing data
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Strong written communication skills (for campaigns and LinkedIn content)
  • Curious, investigative personality — someone who enjoys connecting dots
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of recruitment flow
