General Labourer – Welding & Fabrication Workshop (Southampton)

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our busy welding and fabrication team in Southampton.

What you’ll do:

• Assist welders and fabricators with daily tasks and preparation work

• Keep the workshop tidy and organised

• Help move materials and components safely

• Support general production and workshop duties

What we’re looking for:

• A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

• Transport required (site not easily accessible by public transport)

Details:

• Pay: £12.50 per hour

• Hours: 7:30am start, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
