About the Role:

As a key member of the senior HR team, you will lead strategic HR projects with a strong focus on HR IT systems implementation, data analysis, and continuous improvement. You’ll act as a catalyst for growth across all HR functions – from talent development to reward structures – using data-driven insight to shape decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic HR projects, with a focus on technology integration and process improvement.

• Oversee the implementation and optimisation of HR systems – extracting and interpreting data to guide HR strategy.

• Conduct GAP analyses, review and redesign salary bandings, and evaluate benefits structures.

• Use analytics to identify opportunities for improvement across talent, performance, engagement, and workforce planning.

• Train, coach, and mentor a growing HR team, instilling a culture of data-informed, forward-thinking HR practice.

• Partner closely with leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR leader in a fast-paced, project-led environment.

• Strong track record in HR system implementation and data analysis.

• Exceptional analytical skills – comfortable translating complex HR data into clear, strategic insight.

• Commercially aware, with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering measurable results.

• Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is desirable.

• A confident leader with excellent communication and mentoring capabilities.
