Join one of the most exciting and fast-paced yacht build teams in the world. Based in Dubai, we’re building next-generation superyachts and high-performance composite vessels, and we’re looking for skilled all-round boat builders to help shape the future of modern yacht construction.
About the Role:
You’ll be part of a hands-on team working on carbon composite race yachts, powerboats, and luxury superyacht builds—from bare hull to final fit-out. Our production environment is fast-paced, highly technical, and quality-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Laminating with pre-preg carbon, glass fibre, and vacuum infusion techniques
Assembly and installation of bulkheads, structural panels, stringers, and decks
Working from technical marine drawings and build specs to precise tolerances
Trimming, fairing, sanding, and finishing composite parts to a high standard
Assisting with the fit-out of interiors, mechanical compartments, and deck hardware
Collaborating with CNC, engineering, and inspection teams during production
Contributing to weight tracking and quality assurance checks (e.g. CMM/ultrasound)
Adhering to tight project schedules while maintaining top-level craftsmanship
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on boatbuilding experience, ideally in composite construction
Comfortable working with female moulds, sandwich cores, and structural bonding
Strong attention to detail and pride in finishing work to the highest standard
Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight build timelines
Strong teamwork and communication skills in a multi-national environment
UAE-based or open to relocating to Dubai
