Senior Architect
Location: Dubai, UAE
Full-Time | Permanent
Are you an experienced architect with a passion for leading complex projects and driving business growth? We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai, where innovation, precision, and creativity meet real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of design concepts, tender responses, technical drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Support the tendering team with technical input and bid preparation.
Actively participate in business development and project sourcing initiatives.
Review and coordinate architectural documentation including presentations, drawings, and renderings.
Oversee technical and design activities, guiding drafting and quantity surveying teams.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders including clients and suppliers.
Attend client meetings, obtain submittal approvals, and manage project communications.
Provide continuous market intelligence and assess project feasibility.
Inspire and lead teams by setting high standards and delivering results under pressure.
Leadership and Compliance
Foster open communication across teams and stakeholders.
Lead by example with integrity and high performance.
Ensure compliance with HSE, HR, and company-wide legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in architectural design and project delivery.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Rhino.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of architectural principles, technical detailing, and building technologies.
Charismatic communicator with excellent English (verbal & written).
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
