**Role Responsibilities:**
Schedule Management:Create and maintain weekly production schedules aligned with the Master Production Schedule and business priorities.
Tracking and Reporting:Ensure all manufactured parts within your scope are tracked, with known completion dates and status. Provide weekly reports to the Planning Manager on Schedule Adherence (planned vs actual) and total production output for critical work centres.
Documentation:Ensure production teams have the necessary documentation, including production orders, labels, and drawings, to deliver the weekly production schedule.
ERP Support: Assist in the development of ERP systems.
Material Forecasting:Provide material forecast requirements to purchasing when necessary.
**Skills and Experience Required:**
Microsoft Suite:** Comprehensive knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft tools.
Scheduling Programs:** Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or any relevant scheduling program.
ERP Systems:** Familiarity with ERP AX is a plus, along with SAP or any other equivalent ERP system.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Experience: A minimum of 4 – 7 years of relevant experience within manufacturing
