**Key Responsibilities**

- **CAD Drawing Creation**: Transform hand-drawn field sketches into detailed CAD drawings, incorporating essential information such as PED, Piping Classes, Flange Ratings, Pipe Schedule, Materials Take Off, NDE Requirements, and Paint Requirements.
- **GA Modelling & Design**: Engage in general arrangement (GA) modelling and design activities for piping systems and supports.
- **Fabrication Drawings**: Produce piping isometrics and detailed steelwork drawings suitable for fabrication, including piece mill part drawings, parallel line developments, and templates.
- **Isometric Drawings**: Extract and create isometric drawings from GA/3D models and issue them to the workshop for fabrication.
- **Standards Adherence**: Ensure all designs adhere to P&IDs, industry standards, codes, and client specifications.
- **Technical Input**: Provide technical input during the detailed engineering phase of projects and support the preparation of construction work packs, including weld maps and NDE requirements.

**Essential Skills and Experience**

- **AutoCAD Proficiency**: Must be computer literate and a proficient user of AutoCAD or similar drawing software.
- **Industry Experience**: Previous experience in the Mechanical Engineering industry is essential.
- **Driving Licence**: Must hold a full UK driving licence.
- **Standards Knowledge**: Familiarity with ASME and BS EN standards is crucial.
- **Piping Design**: Knowledge of piping design and calculations is a significant asset.
