Recruit4staff are representing a manufacturing business in their search for a Production Operative to work in Knighton

Job Details:

Pay: £14.10 per hour
Hours of Work: 12-hour shifts, working a 4-on, 4-off pattern, rotating between 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00 every two blocks
Duration: Temporary (ongoing)

Job Role: As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for running production lines across the factory, carrying out and recording quality checks, and accurately documenting equipment downtime. The Production Operative will also ensure equipment is kept clean through regular hygiene procedures while adhering to health and safety policies and working in accordance with risk assessments.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Strong English and maths skills are essential for the Production Operative role.
Ability to follow health and safety policies and risk assessments.

Advantageous Skills, Experience or Qualifications:

Previous production experience would be advantageous for a Production Operative.
Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
