Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading food manufacturing company in their search for a Quality Assurance Operative  to work in their leading facility in Telford.

For the successful Quality Assurance Operative our client is offering:

• £13.29 per hour 
• Rotating 6:00 AM -2:00 PM /2:00 PM-10:00 PM shifts Monday to Friday
• Temp- perm
• Immediate starts available for the right candidates

The Role - Quality Assurance Operative ;

• Metal detection
• Temperature control monitoring, including blast chilling
• Label verification: start, middle, and end of production
• Weight checks
• Aseptically sample products
• Ensure quality of all finished products is accurately documented
• Ensure customer samples are correctly labelled and produced
• Update traceability documentation, including pallet information, production date, best before date, and quantities produced
• Print box and pallet labels for finished products
• Perform final QC checks on all finished pallets, ensuring correct stacking and pallet type
• Assist in other areas of the business during downtime, breaks, and holidays

What our client is looking for in a Quality Assurance Operative :

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing quality or quality control role- ESSENTIAL
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Able to work independently while being an effective team member
• Confident decision-maker with a proactive, can-do attitude
