Recruit4staff are representing a well-established landscaping and grounds maintenance business in their search for a Ground Maintenance Team Leader to work in Mold

Job Details:

Pay: £13.25 - £14.75 per hour
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday (Summer hours: 7:15am-5:00pm, Winter hours: 7:45am-4:30pm)
Duration: Temp To Perm (12 weeks)

Job Role: As a Ground Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and instructing teams on site to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The Ground Maintenance Team Leader will oversee daily and weekly productivity targets, ensuring all work meets company and client specifications. Duties include liaising with site agents, enforcing health and safety procedures, and ensuring correct PPE is worn at all times. The Ground Maintenance Team Leader will also be hands-on, carrying out tasks such as shrub and tree planting, turfing, seeding, fencing, paving, and decking.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

Previous experience working as a Ground Maintenance Team Leader or in a similar role
Full UK driving licence

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

CSCS card
PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates

Commutable From: Mold, Shotton, Deeside, Connah’s Quay, Flint
