Children's Home Manager

Brand new 2 bed EBD
Up to £70,000 per annum

What We're Looking For
• An experienced Registered Home Manager with a proven track record in children's residential care
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Experience supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
• Ideally, experience successfully managing the Ofsted registration process for a children's home
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• A confident leader who can recruit, develop and inspire high-performing teams
• Passionate about creating safe, nurturing and therapeutic environments for young people
• Proven ability to drive outstanding standards of care, safeguarding and compliance
• Experience building positive relationships with local authorities, professionals and other stakeholders
• Organised and resilient, with the ability to lead a service through registration, growth and future Ofsted inspections
• Committed to achieving exceptional outcomes for children and young people
