Nursing Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

Halesowen

£60,000 per annum

We're looking for an experienced, nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established care home in Halesowen.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven leader with a strong background in elderly care, team management, and regulatory compliance. You'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, leading and developing staff, and driving positive outcomes for residents.

What we're looking for:

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Previous experience managing a nursing home

Strong leadership and people management skills

Good understanding of CQC requirements
