The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving independent small animal practice in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly collaborative and supportive team that places equal emphasis on clinical excellence, professional development, and staff wellbeing.
You'll be joining a well-established clinical team supported by an excellent nurse-to-vet ratio, including 8 RVNs, alongside experienced certificate holders in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Orthopaedics. The practice offers a varied caseload across medicine, surgery, orthopaedics and advanced diagnostics, providing excellent opportunities to develop and pursue your clinical interests.
The purpose-built practice is exceptionally well equipped with digital radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, advanced surgical facilities and a planned CT scanner as part of its ambitious growth plans. With progression towards hospital status on the horizon, this is an exciting time to join a practice committed to long-term clinical development and investment.
