Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the nursing team to deliver excellent resident care in our care home.
• Oversee clinical care standards as Clinical Lead, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the Deputy Manager in operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Registered nurse with clinical experience in a nursing home or care home setting.
