An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a well-established small animal practice in Daventry on a full-time fixed-term maternity cover contract.

The Role

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of nursing care while supporting the veterinary team across all areas of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Running nurse-led consultations and clinics
• Performing Schedule 3 procedures
• Assisting in theatre and during surgical procedures
• Monitoring anaesthesia and patient recovery
• Inpatient care and hospitalisation
• Managing patient admissions and discharges
• Providing outstanding client care and communication
• Maintaining accurate clinical records
• Working in line with regulatory and operational standards
