Job: Fire risk Assessor 
Location: London
Salary: Up to £50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

We are recruiting for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join a growing fire safety consultancy delivering high-quality non-intrusive fire risk assessments across London.

This role is ideal for a competent assessor holding Tier 2 status on the NFRAR register, with strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation and experience working across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct non-intrusive Fire Risk Assessments in line with PAS 79 methodology
• Produce clear, compliant, and detailed FRA reports
• Identify fire hazards and recommend practical remedial actions
• Provide professional advice to clients regarding fire safety compliance
• Manage a portfolio of sites across London
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety legislation and best practice
• Liaise professionally with clients, housing providers, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Tier 2 registered on the NFRAR register
• Proven experience carrying out non-intrusive Fire Risk Assessments
• Strong understanding of:
  • Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order
  • PAS 79
  • Fire Safety Act
  • Relevant British Standards and guidance
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
