ideally Manchester (Birmingham/London would be ok)
experiences senior (looking to stay at senior) 5 years
certifications
- experienced BREEAM Assessor
(New Construction/In-Use..RFO less so)
- FitWell,WELL, SKA
- carbon, wider sust, LCAs and modelling would be great
experience with Private Equity, developers/ public sector
one of the above with client management experience is good
residential experience (alot of this atm)
commercial, industrial, logistics
Sustainability team is 1 in edi, 2 in mcr (inc heather), 4 in Bham and then rest in London (total of 22)
are not a siloed team so vibes are good in all offices
few recs but not many interviews
