A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a small but highly skilled team in the heart of Coventry. You’ll be working alongside the Branch Partner, supported by a committed team including the Head Nurse, Student Veterinary Nurse, VCA, and reception staff, in a practice that truly values collaboration, excellence, and compassionate care.

About You

You’re an MRCVS qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You enjoy being part of a close knit, supportive team, and you take pride in making a real difference in a practice that values both your clinical skills and your input.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide outstanding clinical care to patients in both consults and surgery, adhering to the highest regulatory and operational standards.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored, effective treatment plans that deliver the best outcomes for their pets.
• Work closely with your supportive team, sharing knowledge, learning from colleagues, and contributing to a positive, professional, and friendly environment.

• Full time position
• 4 day week
• 1:6 weekends
