We are recruiting for a Care Home Deputy Manager to join an elderly care home in Aylesbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Home Deputy Manager or a Senior Carer / Team Leader looking to step up into a management role within a highly ethical care provider.

Key Responsibilities – Care Home Deputy Manager

Support the day-to-day management of a residential elderly care home
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
Lead, supervise, and develop care staff
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with staff rotas, training, and performance management
Step up in the absence of the Registered Manager

Requirements – Care Home Deputy Manager

Experience in an elderly care home / residential care / nursing home setting
Current Deputy Manager, Senior Carer, or Team Leader
Looking to progress into or continue as a Care Home Deputy Manager
Strong knowledge of CQC, compliance, and safeguarding
Dedicated, compassionate, and care-focused individual
