Key Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the service

• Promote a positive, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff

About You

• Experience as a Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager in a care home setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of CQC standards and care regulations
• Passionate about delivering high-quality elderly or residential care
• Organised, proactive, and committed to excellence
