Occupational Health Advisor

Contract (2 Days per Week)

Location: Home based
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months)
Start Date: March
Rate: £37- £40 per Hour
Working Pattern: 2 days per week
Requirement: Must operate via Umbrella Company

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) for a fully remote contract position starting in March. This is a 3-month contract offering 2 days per week, managing approximately 6 case management referrals per day.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health professional seeking flexible, part-time remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting case management referrals (approximately 6 per day)
• Producing clear, professional occupational health reports
• Providing management advice in line with best practice and employment legislation
• Managing cases efficiently within agreed turnaround times

Requirements:

• Qualified Occupational Health Advisor (RGN with occupational health experience)
• Proven experience in case management
• Strong report writing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Must operate via an Umbrella Company
